Our genesis

In 2008, nestled within a kitchen in the Õismäe suburbs of Tallinn, French entrepreneur Thomas Padovani began one of Estonia's first startups, charting a new direction in the nascent entrepreneurial landscape of the country, fuelled by the digital revolution called Tiger Leap.

 

Webinfluence Group, although birthed from humble beginnings, was driven by the aspiration to create innovative advertising products.

Our evolution

With the ever-shifting digital landscape, Webinfluence Group recognized the vast potential beyond just product creation.

 

Guided by Padovani’s visionary leadership, the group metamorphosed into a venture capital entity. Its primary focus pivoted to nurturing promising startups, heralding a new era of strategic investments and collaborations.

Strategic funding

In a defining moment for Webinfluence Group, Naxicap Partners infused the company with a funding of 25 million EUR.

 

This pivotal investment accelerated the group's expansion and growth ambitions, enabling strategic ventures into promising startups.

Investment in Bolt

One such noteworthy investment was in Bolt, a global transportation behemoth offering ride-hailing, scooter sharing, and food delivery services.

 

Originating from Tallinn, Estonia, Bolt has rapidly broadened its global footprint, emerging as a dominant player in urban mobility solutions and achieving an 8 billion EUR valuation and largely outshadowing our initial venture, Adcash, which became independent from the group in 2022.
